Thanks to our automated barrier and digital locks, the park is accessible 24 hours a day for owners and tenants.

Is there any type of catering available, such as a snack bar, restaurant, or café?

To keep the park peaceful and better aligned with our vision, there are no catering facilities on site.

What does Villaparc Haaksbergen do for sustainability?

All our villas are built sustainably. We build with respect for nature and the environment, using only high-quality products and materials to extend the lifespan of everything in the park.

No, Villaparc Haaksbergen is completely gas-free.

Do I pay leasehold?

No, the villas are on freehold land, so you don’t pay leasehold.

Am I allowed to barbecue in the park?

Yes, unless the fire department, KNMI, or the municipality decides that it is too risky.

Am I allowed to light a fire basket in the park?

Some of our villas are equipped with a fireplace, others with a fire bowl. These may of course be used, but bringing your own fire basket is not allowed.

When do you expect to start the new construction?

According to the current schedule, around Q3 2026.
